July 19, 2018

  • Fixed a bug where the system could encounter an error when printing invoices and receipts in new accounts if certain settings hadn't been configured prior to printing. These are no longer required to print and the software assumes defaults if none have been configured.
  • Fixed a bug which prevented some new accounts from saving the Management Company settings.
  • Updated internal libraries and systems.

  • Fixed a bug where png and gif files sometimes not upload as expected.
  • Fixed a bug which could result in a previous tenant appearing in the unit's form and data view under specific conditions.

  • Added additional sorting by default for rent roll reports
  • Fixed a bug which caused an error on printing and emailing printouts in some new trial accounts.
  • Fixed a bug where Tenant status combobox color for potential and non-potential didn't match the colors on the table.
  • Fixed a bug where some rents with no Lease End Date or Lease Begin date may not appear in the Rent Roll reports
  • Fixed a timezone formatting bug.

July 12, 2018

  • Compressed the login screen so that it can be better viewed on computers with smaller screens.
  • Added scroll bars to the login page as well as the sign up page for computers with smaller screens.
  • Fixed the sorting for the countries combobox.
  • Fixed the size of the countries combobox.
  • The terms and conditions are now displayed on a popup window instead of going to the webpage to prevent losing the form data entry on the new user sign up page.

  • The website now includes links to the Cloud Edition (publicly released).
  • Login page has been re-designed to make it easier for the different types of users (new trials, existing customers who want to convert, and existing Cloud Edition users).
  • Fixed a bug with the timezone on new trial user signups.
  • Fixed a bug that could result in a second account being created when editing account details in very rare cases.
  • Fixed a bug where the maximum number of email addresses per email was too less than allowed.

  • Fixed a bug which could result in some situations where not all units would appear in the Units subpanel under the building.

  • Fixed a bug in the Leases reports where the date only showed the Start Date rather than both the Start and End Dates.

  • Fixed a bug in checks where it would not let some users edit the same payee multiple times.
  • Fixed a bug where the email preview for file attachments of Word documents resulted in an error rather than a message.
  • Fixed a bug where the subscription payment was processed a day late.

  • Fixed a bug in the "Accounting entries" report which ONLY affected a small subset of users who converted after April 27.
  • Fixed a bug in the Dashboard where the Profit & Loss could be empty for less than 1% of users.

  • When creating a new invoice or receipt from the tenant screen the landlord is now also automatically preset for you.
  • Added the Partial button to the Accounting SubPanels (for example the Accounting SubPanel under the Tenant screen view, etc.).

  • Fixed a minor display bug with the billing display screen that affected a subset of users.

  • Fixed a bug where the copy on the accounting entry data screen could result in an error under certain specific conditions.

  • Fixed a bug where the lease renewal didn't renew a lease in some cases.
  • Fixed a bug in the lease renewal calculation for percentage increases.
  • Improved the system update message.

  • Fixed a bug where in some cases the dates on the printouts could be off by one day for specific date values.
  • All tables now have checkboxes to avoid any confusion rather than just multi-select tables.
  • Lease renewal cancellation message is now a warning rather than an error popup notification.
  • Fixed a bug when trying to edit a saved document that had no content.

  • Fixed a bug where the Get button for the Receipt was using the Date Due and Amount Due instead of the Date Paid and Amount Paid values.
  • Fixed a bug where the Get button for the Receipt wasn't always grabbing the latest value but rather than saved valued to get the list of Accounting Entries
  • Fixed a bug which prevented some people from accessing the Billings page.
  • Fixed a bug where Payment Due Date on the Workorder form was not using the date format set in the preferences.

  • Added a new System Template called Accounting Entry which allows you to print individual accounting entries in both the data view and the table view
  • Added the ability to print an individual tenant directly in the main tenant table
  • Added the variable ${accountingEntry.dateDiscrepancyLabel} to display the same text as on the screen rather than just the number of days late or early.
  • Added this document to list the most recent updates
  • Adjusted the accounting reports chart label to Revenues instead of Profits when the report includes either the option to select only revenues or select a category that is a revenue.
  • Fixed a bug when editing and accepting certain values in Suggested Receipts or Suggested Invoices in the table directly.
