Hi I uploaded a document (happened to be an image). And it is displaying upside down. I deleted it and tried saving the document right side up and upside down trying to get the software to correct it. That did not work I have uploaded other documents The uploaded correctly. How do i rotate the document? On a similar note many people send their information using jpeg/png format etc. It would be very helpful to have that option in documents also since "pictures" seems to refer to property photos.
Thanks.

Hi Greg,

There are two issues going on here. First please note that you can upload photos directly into the Photos Subpanel instead of the documents if it's just an image file. In other words you don't need to save the photo in a PDF file, you can just upload the image directly.

The second issue is that the software doesn't do any image manipulation, meaning that it will take the image as is. In other words if the image is upside down it will stay upside down in the system. The orientation of an image is completely determined outside of LandlordMax, in fact we have no way to be able to tell if an image is upside up or upside down, it's just an image presented as it was entered. Therefore the best option would be to edit the image before putting it into the software, that is flip it upside right outside of LandlordMax. The software is presenting it the way it was uploaded, meaning it has to orientated outside of the software.
