Hi Brian, If you want to complete remove the unit from the system you can select it from the list of units under that building (or if it's a single residence building select that building itself) and then click on the Delete button. If there is any associated data such as Accounting Entries that are still assigned to that unit then the software will tell you what type of entries are still associated and you can either delete them as well or adjust them. So for example if you have a unit with an accounting entry linked to it then you cannot delete the unit until either the accounting entry is deleted or the unit is removed from that accounting entry. This is a safety mechanism because otherwise that accounting entry would be linked to a building that no longer exists.
