Hello,

I have been using landlord max for a while but I have some issues with it. when I want to make a report for rent or any other type of report I do not get all of the building I have in the report. I have updated all of the buildings and tenants but it wont reflect on the reports. how can i fix that.

Hi George,

It's great to hear that you've been using LandlordMax for a while. In regards to the issues in the report can you please confirm exactly which report. For example is it a Rent roll report. And assuming it's a Rent roll report can you please confirm that there is a Lease that matches up with the reports specific settings (Start Date and end Date of the report match up with the Lease's Begin Date and End Date). If you find that all the data matches up then can you please contact us directly with the specifics so that we can confirm that all the data is correct. I ask because it's almost always a data error issue, so we first need to confirm the rent should be showing up in the report. We await your response with the report details.

Hi,

so as i said before all my buildings and tenants are up to date. I tried to make a report for Accounting entries grouped by tenants and it did not reflect my updates. for example, i want to see who has payed rent and who has not, i put in the data (rent paid, rent not paid) and it wont show all my buildings and tenants. also it will show tenants that have been marked as past and buildings that have been sold. I have up to 30 buildings and in every report i make it will only show 16 of them.

Hi George,

Can you please contact our support team directly at support@landlordmax.com or through the online system at https://www.landlordmax.com/support/index.php?pg=request and include the screenshots of an example tenant and building along with the accounting entry you expect to show up in the report. As well can you please include the report settings. Basically we need to confirm that it is not a data entry. We understand that you are saying the data is to date but you would also probably be surprised at how often these types of issues end up either being data entry error. Having screenshots also allows us to confirm a number of other possible potential issues in one step. I will personally followup with you through our support system.
