due rents

i have 10 units in 10 buildings which are renting out. sometimes one or two tenants which i am realizing after few months, how can we know how we can generate a report every month showing the due dates after the agreed of payment.

Hi George,

There are several different ways to do this depending on the details and what information exactly you want. The first easiest option is to first run the Rent roll reports to get a list of all rents due for a specified period (for example this month, next month, and so on). After that you can use a variation of accounting reports, including the late payment reports to determine which rents are late.

That being said the software is setup to help facilitate the process of collecting monthly rents, that is we've setup a workflow to collect your rents that only requires running the Rent roll and late payments reports once a month, you can use the Suggested Entries for the remainder of this effort.
