| Each time I exit out of the program and click on the icon on my desktop to reopen the program the wizard installation goes thru the setup process to extract the files. Is this normal? | |

Hi Dana, Although you've already resolved the issue I'll just mention the solution here in case anyone else finding this post has the same issue. In essence what I assume was happening is that you were re-running the downloaded installer each time rather than the actual software, and when the installer was done it would start up the software. In any case it's just good to hear that everything has been resolved. And thank you as well for updating us, it's appreciated.
