How to delete duplicate entries

For some reason, in the TENANT menu some of my tenants have duplicate entries for the same payment i.e. I see a received rent entry three times for the same month. When in the TENANT screen, I'm not allowed to delete any of the entries for the tenant so I checked in the ACCOUNTING tab and I do not find duplicate entries. In other words, it looks like it should.

Soooo, how do I delete duplicate entries for a tenant?

Hi Rick,

In the current version of the software you have to delete the accounting entries from the main accounting table. That being said perhaps I can offer you assistance on how to find the duplicate entries.

Firstly did you know that you can select which columns are displayed, such as the Tenant's name to help you find a specific entry? If not then I'll refer you to the following video which shows you how to select which columns to display: Although the video says it's a preview this is now part of the software.

In addition to this you can sort the tables in any order you wish, which means you can sort them by tenant name, date, amount, etc. You can find more details on how to sort the table in Section 8.5 of the user manual at: Lastly you can also filter the data to limit the number of accounting entries that appear on the screen as shown in Section 4.1 of the user manual.
