My banker has requested a monthly rent report for last year for a building. I couldn't find a report that matches that description. Any suggestions? Thanks. |

Hi Jeff, Can you please expand on what you mean by rent report? Do you mean accounting entries or rent roll? If you mean rent roll then please note that you can run the Rent roll for a building report and select the specific dates you want (Start Date and End Date). If you want the rent payments that were made then you can just the Accounting Entries for a building report and similarly select the dates. If you mean something else then please let us know what you're looking for and we'll do our best to assist you. Thanks Stephan. I could have been more descriptive. They are looking for rents per month: January 2016 Unit 1: $1000 Unit 2: $1100 Unit 3: $1000 etc. Total rent: $10600 ----------------------------- February 2016 Unit 1: $0 Unit 2: $1100 Unit 3: $1050 etc. Total rent: $1000 Thanks again. |

Hi Jeff, Yes but it's not in that exact format, in that we don't include a total each month. That being said you can export the rent roll reports as a CSV file which you can then open in Excel and customize exactly as you wish, including adding subtotals for each month and so on. Thanks, Stephan. Silly question, but after a report is generated how to I export it to a CSV file? I went to "Rent Roll for a Building." The only options are generate, print, and e-mail. In Import/Export I see it deals with QIF files. |

Hi Jeff, You're welcome. And please do not worry about asking us questions, there are no silly questions. As for exporting a report I'll refer you to Section 5.1 of the user manual at: http://www.landlordmax.com/support/index.php?pg=kb.book&id=2 In addition to that we also have a video tutorial from the previous version which you can find at: https://www.landlordmax.com/releaseNotesV605/Export/Export.htm Regards, Stephan Grenier Founder LandlordMax Software Inc. http://www.LandlordMax.com http://www.FollowSteph.com |
