| Good Morning. I'm currently trying out your software. I wanted to know if there was a feature where Tenants can request a repair or maintenance issue that would automatically go to the software through email. Like a tenant portal? | |

Hi Jason, It's great to hear that you're trying out the software. In regards to your question this is not possible because the software is installed on only your computer, for that kind of feature you'd need to use an online service with a tenant portal, and as a result your costs would probably be closer to the price of our Desktop Edition on a monthly basis, if not more. We are working on a Cloud Edition and although it won't initially offer a tenant portal it is in the plans for the future. That being said you should expect that it will cost more than the Desktop Edition and that the costs will be monthly as this is a service rather than something you purchase.
