Hi Doug, In the current version it's only possible to customize the invoices in one of two ways. However before I proceed please note that as far as we know the only solutions that offer the ability to customize invoices and receipts generally start at 5-20x the price of our Desktop edition. The first is if you're technical you can edit the invoice templates directly however this does require some technical expertise. You can find more details about this in Section 8.4 of the user manual at: http://www.landlordmax.com/support/index.php?pg=kb.book&id=2 Alternatively you can export the invoices to Excel. That being said, and this is unofficial and subject to change, we are currently working on greatly enhancing the invoices, receipts, and reporting sections where you will be able to directly edit them within a built-in word processor for the next major version. This isn't currently available but we are working on this for the next major version.
