Hi LaDonna, The current version does not offer a built-in word processor or the ability to generate form letters from templates. You can store templates but you cannot yet generate form letters from there. That being said, and this is unofficial and subject to change, we are currently working on offering this functionality in the next major version of the software. Hey Stephen Is the document mail merge with tenants in the latest version. Example I want to be able to send to 10 of my tenants a letter saying they need to take the trash out on Tuesday |

Hi Jay, This is currently not available in the software. We are planning to implement mail merge with documents very very soon but it is not yet available. That being said, assuming you mean the new Cloud Edition you can do this in a workaround way by creating a custom Tenant report and having the letter as the report rather than an actual report. You can have the report run for each tenant (assuming you want current you would add tenant status as one of the criteria) or you can run it as an automation for each tenant if you to simplify the custom report.
