user friendly???

Wow the web page says up and running in 15 minutes, I must be the slowest person on the planet. I have been working on this for almost an hour and have only entered my properties.
Am attempting to enter accounts and see there is no preset accounts meaning I need to create an account for each category
IE rent postage telephone taxes etc.
First software program I have ever used that I need to do that since I created my own accounting program in Microsoft Excel.
So far the program is not worth the free 30 day trial

Hi Jack,

I'm sorry to hear you feel this way but I can assure you the software is easy to setup and use. Please note that the setup time is to get the software up and running, if you have to enter in hundreds of rental units, tenants, etc. then this does take time regardless of which software you use.

That being said Accounts are meant to be your financial accounts which means the software can't pre-set those. The following video explains how Accounts work: You should NOT be creating an Account for each Category, if you're doing this then you're incorrectly using the software.

I am the sole person to run this program, however me purchasing the software after purchasing Quicken For Rental Property last year for a couple of hundred dollars - - has me kind of in a ruff spot. How can I be sure I can get a refund if for some reason my newly purchased programs from you are not what I need......I am looking for a human being giving me a guarantee...???

We have been responding to you in our support system. Please note that in some cases emails can be incorrectly filtered as spam and put in your junk folder. If you haven't deleted your junk folder in a while it's probably still in there.

You can also view your complete support history online at: This includes every single email we've received by you as well as all the responses we've sent you.

That being said I see that you contacted our support team twice and both times we responded. Are you perhaps not getting our responses? It may be better to use the online system exclusively if the emails are not making it through for one reason or another.

I can however assure you that a human being is responded. I'm the founder of the company and I've just personally responded today as well.
