| Is Landlord MAX suitable for commercial industrial builings with multiple tenants? If so can allocations for common area costs such as landscaping, snow removal, building insurance etc be allocated among tenants within the program including tenant statements or does it have to be done in a spreadsheet outside the program. If outside the program can the building expenses be exported into excel. | |

Hi Stephen, LandlordMax can manage commercial properties. That being said CAM charges do need to be calculated outside of the software, no solution anywhere near our price range will offer automatic CAM calculations within the software. And yes all reports can be exported as CSV files and so on which you can then open within Excel.
