Hi, I am really enjoying your program and I am using the latest version. I am interested in setting up and using the email portion of the program. Reading through the set up information, I am wondering if I don't have Outlook or a premimum Google account, does that mean that I cannot use this feature. I use Apple Mail for all of my email communications. Thanks Pete |

Hi Pete, It's great to hear that you really enjoy using the program. In regards to your question you can use it with any email service. We offer the ability to automatically connect to Gmail directly within the software as well as your Outlook software, but for all other services, including Apple Mail, you can just use the Mailserver option. Apple Mail. Assuming this is what you mean by Apple Mail you can find the required settings at: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202304 And if it's not then you can contact Apple to get the link to the appropriate page with the settings information. Hi Rebecca, Yes you can setup any email address by using their POP3 settings, including ymail. You can just google "ymail pop3 settings" and you will find several sources of information.
