| I am currently running the demo. I am trying to setup management fees. They differ from building to building. For example 1 building is either 8% of rent collected or $300 whichever is larger. How would I set this up? | |

Hi Eric, It's great to hear that you're trying the demo. In regards to your question the best way to enter in Management Fees is to set them up as Scheduled Entries so that you only have to enter them in once. And of course as a result you get to create an independent fee for each entry. Hi Eric, Ah, then yes in this case it has to be done manually. I don't know of any solution anywhere near our price range that offer this capability. As far as I know, even at the 10x or more range I believe you still may not be able to do this exactly without some manual intervention...
