| I am contemplating purchasing LandlordMax. I am currently using an outdated version of TenantPro which is no longer supported. All our tenants pay by check. I need to record the check numbers of each payment, when the payment is made. In watching your videos and tutorials, I did not see where your system allows for that. | |

Hi Daniel, First it's great to hear that you want to replace your outdated version of Tenant Pro with LandlordMax. In regards to your question you can store the check number we recommend storing this in the Description field because this field is available on all the reports and printouts. Please note that this is an open ended field and can contain any type of information you want displayed on the reports. You can additionally put this information in the comments section, however the comments field is not displayed in the reports.
