Is it possible to roll over the end of the financial year so that the records prior to 1/7/14 are closed and don't appear in the accounting screen. Also I have a second unit in the same building, will all the accounting be together or can I separate them |

Hi Colette, Please find the answers to your questions below: 1. Is it possible to roll over the end of the financial year so that the records prior to 1/7/14 are closed and don't appear in the accounting screen. You can setup your Data Filters to only show "This Year". Also I have a second unit in the same building, will all the accounting be together or can I separate them You can run reports "for a unit" or "grouped by unit for a building" in addition to "for a building". You can find the complete list of available reports in Section 6.3 of the user manual.
