Invalid license

Just purchased the upgrade. Copied and pasted new license number; keep getting invalid license message.

Hi Doyle,

Firstly congratulations on upgrading LandlordMax. In regards to your license is it possible that the License Code was wrapped over more than one line, and if so did you include both lines together? Are there any spaces in your License Code (sometimes this happens when email clients try to wrap the License Code over a second line)? Did you also copy your Username?

If this still doesn't resolve the issue then can you please contact us directly at support@LandlordMax.com along with a screenshot of your license entry screen. By seeing a screenshot we can look at a lot of possible little details that are harder to convey through text. Also please only send this to our support email, do not post this on the public forum otherwise your license will be compromised as anyone can see it.
