Hi Donald, Did you copy and paste in your license or manually try to type it in? If you typed it in please note that we strongly recommend that you copy and paste your license code into Land9lordMax as some characters may not be readily apparent. For example the character "|" is neither the letter "l" nor the number "1". You can also find additional information on how to activate your license in Section 2.4 of the online user manual: http://www.landlordmax.com/support/index.php?pg=kb.book&id=2 If you copied and pasted it in then can you please expand on what the issue is. For example are you using your new license that you just purchased or your previous one? If it's your previous one then please use the new license you just received. Hi Donald, I responded in a private email to which we haven't received any responses. In most cases if your license is being flagged it's because it is being shared on more than one system, in other words it's been flagged as a pirated license. That being said, again I do recommend you contact us in private as this is a sensitive manner, and we have responded to your support request but haven't gotten a response. However if you prefer we can communicate this way as well, but please note that this is a public forum, so anyone can view the details of our discussion in this sensitive manner.
