Hi Kathryn, You can setup another user (Adminstrator) by going to the User Management section by clicking on your name on the top right after you login. On that screen you can create new users as well as manage existing users (delete, deactivate them, and so on). That being said the new username's will be their email address. The password will however be set by the user for security reasons. When you create a new user they are sent an email with a validation link which they will need to click on to validate their email address. As part of the validation process the system will also ask the user to create their own password. Hi Stephan, I am the only Administrator for my account. I'd like to change my email address for the account. I understand this will be the email address I want use to log in going forward. However, when I try to update my account settings, my email address is grayed out and not allowed to edit it. Should I create a Second Administrator (me) so that i can have a new email address; then, delete the first user (me) so that there is only one Administrator (me) once again for the account with my new email address? |
