Hi, I'm enjoying learning more about this software. I've run into an issue so I thought some of the experienced users might be able to help. I've entered my buildings, and all the tenants. For each tenant I've created a lease entry as well. SOME of the tenant's upcoming rents show in the "suggested accounting entries" and some are not there. Do I need to delete the tenants whose rent didn't show under suggested, and re-enter them? I know I can create a "recurring entry" but if it was auto-created when I entered some of the tenants, I'd prefer I did it correctly and had them auto-created. Thanks in advance. |

Hi David, It's great to hear that you're enjoying learning the software. There are a few possible reasons. Basically the software creates Suggested Entries based on the Scheduled Entries, so either they haven't been created or possibly deleted. Now by default the software will create Scheduled Entries based on the Leases you enter, to save you from entering the same data twice, so if you haven't been manually creating scheduled entries then it is likely that those tenants don't have Leases from which the software could create the associated Scheduled Entries, and hence the Suggested Entries.
