Change Building Address

What is the best way to change the building address and apartment number?
I can edit the building and current tenants but not sure I will be able to "look back" if I need to.
Our 911 committee has decided to change the address's and unit numbers on 5 of my buildings.
Thanks

Hi Bill,

I apologize but I'm not sure what you'rea asking. You say you were able to edit the Tenant and Building which I assume means you were able to change the address and apartment numbers. However you then say you're not sure how you will be able to "look back" which is where I'm confused. Can you please expand on what you mean by look back? What are you trying to do specifically by look back?

Good Morning Stephane,

Just getting back to this now.
I have spoken with my accountant. He has suggested I make the changes and that the IRS would be notified when I file this year's returns.
My question is if I change 4 Autumn, Unit C to 159 Autumn Unit A, will it change all previous entries?

Thanks

Hi Bill,

It's good to hear that you've confirmed the details with your accountant. In terms of your question yes if you change the address on the unit it will change it for all the entries, including previous entries.
