Hi! I've been using LL Max for 4 years and I love it. Thank you. I've been using old version 6.05f. In this version on "Accounting entries grouped by tenant" report I can't filter out old tenants (evicted, passed...). In current new version is it possible to include in the report only "current" tenants? Thank you |

Hi Alex, It's great to hear you've been using LandlordMax for 4 years and love it!! In regards to your question this is not possible in the latest version, nor do we recommend it. The reason being is what happens if someone has just moved out a few days ago and is no longer current or you have a tenant that is moving in in a few days? Those two tenants will not appear on your report even though you want them to appear. This is why we recommend instead focusing on using the Start Date and End Date, it will give you all the entries between the two dates and will for example include rent payments for tenants that are moving in within a few days, etc. There's just too many potential errors that can happen if you only include current tenants, especially when it's near the beginning or end of a month.
