| When under checks, it lists check number, date, vendor, status, etc. But no field for amount. When I go to save it says enter amount, yet it will not let me type in an amount. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? | |

Hi Denise, The Amount is calculated based on the line items for the check. This is because some people will write checks for many items all grouped together in a single check. If your check is just for one item then you just need to create a single line item in the check and the Amount for the check will be automatically calculated for you.
