Userman/password

I went to use the software today and it randomly started to ask me for a Username/password which it has never done before. I can't seem to get into my LLM now, I even tried updating the software + start a fresh database but it keeps asking for Username/password and I can't do anything else.

Any ideas?

Hi Hamish,

When you say a password do you mean an actual password or the license code? I ask because many people confuse the two and they mean very different things.

If you can confirm which of the two it is we will be better able to assist you.

Stephan, I have been trying to sign my new lease every since the 5th of August I have been very unsuccessful. None of my password work to log in I have even downloaded the program no luck at all still please help. I have tried call several time I've left message to get a call back. Just trying to get my new lease signed please help
