Two separate accounts

I have my own rental properties, as well as manage for others...thus needing to keep two separate trust accounts. Would I have to purchase two separate software licenses or can this be used for two separate accounts?

Thank you

Hi Kim,

You can use the "Accounts" functionality to separate them but what we generally instead recommend is creating a "Landlord" entry for each trust which will give you a lot more functionality and reporting capabilities. There are a lot more "for a landlord" reports than "for an account" reports. And although a trust isn't technically a company it's the best method to fit them into the program.

Although the software can be used to manage trusts it doesn't explicitly support them therefore you do have to do some workarounds to make it work. Solutions that fully support trusts are going to be many times our price on a yearly basis.
