License Refunded error message.

I purchased LandlordMax about a year and a half ago. This week when I went to make entries, an error message popped up that says my license had been refunded and it was unlawful to use the program. Contact LLM immediatedly. Then the program shuts down. I have tried to leave messages, emails and still have not gotten a response. i cannot find a phone number to call. What can I do??

We have been responding to your support requests well within the guaranteed timeframe. That being said if the emails are not getting through this could be due to additional reasons, such as your ISP blocking the email, filters on your email server blocking it, and so on.

I haven't responded to your support tickets over the weekend as they are duplications, and I also want to make sure they are getting to you before sending anything further.
