| I've tried saving documents to a .docx from MS Word 2013 as well as LibreOffice; however, when I attempt to view them after adding the file, a message "the attached file is an invalid docx file" is displayed. What am I doing wrong? (p.s., I'm currently using the trial version) Thanks in advance. | |

Hi Vincent, Can you please contact us directly through our support system as well as send us the file you're attaching so that we can look at the exact file to determine exactly what's happening. The reason I ask is because the software has certain checks it performs when trying to open a docx file and by looking at the file we'll be able to determine exactly which check has failed and why. Lastly have you tried to re-open the same file in MS Word after having created it? I ask just to confirm that it is indeed a legal and non-corrupted MS Word compatible docx file.
