Hi Laurie, The software does not provide you with any template/contract letters, lease agreements, notices, etc. for your tenants because of legal reasons. We currently sell LandlordMax across the world and to provide everyone with proper legal documents wouldn't be possible. As well, each local area (state, city, etc.) has slightly different rules and regulations, therefore one application letter that would be perfectly legal in one city can be illegal or not enforceable in another. This is also why we recommend against buying stock real estate forms and rather we recommend that you contact a local professional to assist you in this matter. There's nothing worse than giving your tenants a notice only to later find out it wasn't legal in some minor way, and hence non-enforceable! The same is true for agreement forms between managers and owners, and just about any other legal contract.
