Not able to e-mail invoices

Last month I had no problems e-mailing invoices to my tenants. However, this month I keep getting an error saying "The system cannot find the path specified". I have restarted LanlordMax as the error report suggested and nothing. I thought that since I sent the error report a couple weeks ago there would have been a correction, but still no luck. Is there an up-date that will correct this?

Yes there is an updated version which resolves this issue. On some systems we found that the program didn't have the appropriate write permissions even to create a temporary file (the attached file) and therefore we changed the location of where the temporary file was located to resolve this. The software was silently updated to avoid notifying everyone because it only affected a small number of people. Please go ahead and re-download and re-install the latest version from the website.

As well, the reason we weren't able to notify you earlier is that there was no email address attached to your error reports. If ever you encounter something like this again, please include your email address in the field at the bottom of the screen as well as contact us directly so that we can match your error report with you specific support request. We will definitely respond immediately.
