Just checking out your software to see if it works for us. Quick question ....
Is there a report that we could use for bank deposits (ie a list of deposit items, ideally with a list of whether rent was received in cash or cheque form)? I've already set up individual bank accounts for our landlords.

The software unfortunately doesn't have a report for bank deposits. All reports offer itemized lists of all entries (payments), but they don't by default include a payment type of column. That being said, you can include this information in the Description field, even if it's redundant with the Payment Type field, just so that it appears in the printed reports.
