Your software has helped us so much that we thought we would send you our personal story.
We first began investing in real estate some years ago. Over the years we've acquired more properties and managing these properties has become harder, paper intensive, and very time consuming. We started to look for a property management software about a year ago, and we couldn't find anything that wasn't overpriced, or that wasn’t overly complicated. We have some computer experience, but we're not computer experts. So we wanted a very quick and very easy solution that wasn't going to cost us a fortune.
Actually, at first, we started to use Microsoft Excel. That was the only program we could find that did some of what we wanted without breaking the bank. It’s ok for a little bit of information, but generating reports became time consuming. I realized it just wasn't for me. It was going to cost me more time then the value I would get back, so we went back to our paper and pen solution. We still kept looking once in a while for a good software, but until we found something that did what we needed, we weren't going to waste our precious investing time learning a complicated software.
About 6 months ago that all changed. I found your company on the internet. You claimed a few things that got us really excited! Firstly, you claimed that you were the easiest property management software. We'd seen that before, and most didn't live up to this. Well, we're we pleasantly surprised!!! It was great! Here was a software that let me manage my properties and it took me less than 10 minutes to understand it, without even reading the user manual.
At this point we thought it was too good to be true, that your software would probably be very expensive. Again we were surprised! It was very affordable, especially considering that I was working productively within minutes! What we really appreciated is that you also didn't change the price based on the number of units we had. We plan on continuing to grow our real estate portfolio, and we don't want to get caught paying more later for the exact same software.
I cannot say it enough, this software has been amazing for us. We were able to input all our data within no time into the software. Now we have all our information cross-referenced and available at the stroke of a key. We especially love the reporting section, it’s very easy to use. Before we had to dig through a bunch of papers, spend a lot of time, and hope that we had everything. Now I just go the reports section, pick the report I want and there's my report! We went from spending hours and hours looking through papers to spending seconds!
